Lochlands is open 11 months (closing mid Jan to mid Feb) and is a holiday park. 

This lodge is brand new (2022 model) by Pemberton and comes with a manufacturer's guarantee on the structure, windows and doors as well as a snagging list allowance within the first few weeks of use. 

Site fees at the park are £2,167 + vat and this covers sewage, drainage, roads, gardening maintenance, rubbish removal and water supply. There are no council tax rates applicable to owners at Lochlands. 

We are dog friendly and child friendly. 

Owners are permitted to rent however the park takes no involvement in this and no commission from your earnings. 

Electricity is pay as you go by way of metre and can be purchased from the office on-site. 
Gas is LPG bottles and must also be purchased from the office. 
Wi-fi is available and details of the supplier can be provided by the office. 4G is also available across the park.
